Discovery Phase

Set-Up Phase
Contact us to request new account documents and complete the Confidential Customer Data Form*. The information will allow us to prepare the appropriate new account documents and assess your financial planning and investment needs. Once we receive a completed form, we will call you to arrange a meeting with Michael Froese, CEO of True North.
At our first meeting, Mr. Froese will listen to your needs and goals, then explain the benefits customers receive from working with True North. He will also review your current portfolio and explain Goldman Sach's policies, procedures and new account documents with you.
Transition Phase
We will provide you with the information and resources necessary to make the transition to True North as smooth as possible. Mr. Froese will prepare your detailed financial plan and assess your portfolio to determine a combination best suited for you. We will then arrange a second meeting to explain the plan and recommend what we would do if we were in your situation. Mr. Froese will then work to make any adjustments that are right for you.
*If you decide not to become a client, we will erase your information from our records. It is the policy of True North to protect the privacy of our clients. We will never share or sell any of your personal information unless required by law.
